Edie de Kwaasteniet joined LSP as Tax Counsel in 2019. Within LSP she is responsible for all national and international tax related matters of the LSP funds and their investments including deal structuring. Prior to joining LSP, Edie worked as tax lawyer within the international law firm Van Doorne in Amsterdam where she advised on various fields of both national and international tax and across multiple industries including the Healthcare & Life Sciences industry. Within that context, Edie focused on the tax-law aspects of collaborations, mergers, demergers, acquisitions and internal reorganisations. Edie has a relevant academic background, holding a Bachelor’s degree in civil law and a Master’s degree in International and European Tax Law from the University of Amsterdam. In 2019 she was admitted to the Dutch Bar Association. Edie lives in Amsterdam.
