OUR INVESTORS

Typical investors include large institutions, fund-of-funds, family offices, high net worth individuals and strategic parties

LSP attracts investors from a wide range of backgrounds and origins. They all look to gain exposure to the healthcare sector via our investment funds. Our funds vary depending on their size, liquidity, level of risk and duration. Investors, be they private individuals, institutional investors, wealth managers or strategic partners, invest in some or all of our products, depending on their own strategy and preferences. Some of our funds will serve longer term investors with an appetite for higher risk/return investments, while other funds will serve investors with a shorter investment horizon and a lower risk/return appetite. We also have a number of strategic investors, including some of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies such as GlaxoSmithKline from the UK, Pfizer and Bristol Myers Squibb from the US and Otsuka Pharmaceutical from Japan.

We connect investors to inventors in a way that benefits all parties

All our investors, from private individuals to the large institutional or strategic investors, irrespective of their backgrounds, origin, individual strategies and preferences, are united in their desire to gain exposure to an industry that offers:

  1. Growth and upside potential
  2. Products and technologies that have a positive impact on society
  3. Opportunities that require specialist investment knowledge and expertise that they typically cannot - or do not wish to - acquire themselves

There are too many people suffering from diseases that are not well diagnosed, not well treated, not well cured, or not cured at all

All of our investors share our beliefs. They share our belief in science and in its positive application to society. They share our admiration of inventors and entrepreneurs. They share our conviction that in order for true innovations to flourish, capital must be put to work in a commercial setting, offering financial upside. Finally, they share our belief that together we can help to build the best healthcare for future generations.
